1. How much does it cost?

A: General Admission starts at $15 for ages 4+ and $7 for 2-3 years old; under 2 is FREE.

2. Do I have to buy admission tickets if I am doing a tour?

A: No, all tours include admission for the day.

3. Is it all outside?

A: No, roughly 60-70% of the animals are housed inside due to their natural climate being tropical. The rest are outside.

4. Is there parking?

A: Yes, we provide free parking for customers only.

5. Is there food there?

A: Yes and No, we sell chips, water, and ice cream. Feel free to bring your own food and eat on the picnic tables. Please remember to throw your trash in the bins.

7. Do you offer any discounts?

A: We do not have any affiliated discounts such as other zoo memberships or WIC. There are discount passes at some libraries in the area and various coupon books.

8. Can I bring my dog/pet with me?

A: No, you may not. Even if it is a service dog, due to the smaller size of our sanctuary the presence of outside animals may cause stress and aggravation to our animals among other health issues.
