Enjoy General Admission at Animal Adventuress Hubbardston. A self guided tour of two buildings of exotic animal education! Plus seasonal outdoor enclosures.
See and learn about all of our animals. Ask a zookeeper as many questions as you want and enjoy time with the animals. Daily presentations offered at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. The presentation includes hands on encounters with some of our standard animals and one of our more exotic friends such as an owl, armadillo, skunk, and more.

Want a more hands on experience? Book a 90 minute private tour for your group and meet all of our animals. Owl, Kangaroo, Wallaby, Armadillo, Kinkajou, Reptiles, and so much more. Tours are hands on and interactive. Be prepared to pet animals, take photos, and have the most fun you ever had in Hubbardston, MA.

Learn what it takes to care for rescued exotic animals in a professional zoo setting. As a USDA licensed zoo, Animal Adventures Hubbardston has to maintain strict high standards for every animal. We go above and beyond the book to give extraordinary care to our animals.
You will learn animal husbandry, animal science, study animal behavior, work on enrichment and enclosure care, and more.

Thursdays at 10:00 AM
Join us for this engaging activity for children and their caregivers designed to foster a love for reading and learning about animals, and also build early literacy skills through stories, songs, rhymes, and activities/ crafts. Each program ends with a fun walk/march to see our exciting animals!

Celebrate your next birthday in Hubbardston. A unique experience separate from the Bolton experience. This party costs the same amount $400 for a 2 hour party up to 25 total people, kids and adults and just $7 per added guest. Add up to 70 guests! BUT you get more hands on experience with a multitude of exotic animals from chinchillas to kangaroos. Available on Weekends from 3-5 pm you get an entire hour or more all to your self. The party includes a show, a tour of the animals, hands on experiences and space to enjoy food and cake.
All you have to bring is the food and the guests, leave the clean up to us.
This all-inclusive party will only be available for a little while longer, so book it now while you can!
Note: General Admission closes at 4pm so from 4-5 pm you will have the place to yourself.

Hands-On Wildlife Training with Zoologist Ed Laquidara

Join zoologist and expert animal handler Ed Laquidara for a hands-on professional training session designed for both current wildlife professionals and beginners eager to start a career working with wildlife.
This three-hour course combines real-world knowledge with practical experience, offering participants the chance to learn proper handling techniques, animal behavior, and professional safety practices.
Handling participation is highly encouraged, but not required.
Gain invaluable insight, boost your confidence, and take the first step toward a rewarding wildlife career!

Come one, come all, meet our rodents, big and small!
From Rats to Hazel the Capybara, this is a specialized class to teach you about all of the rodents in our care such as rats, chinchillas, porcupines, and even our Capybara. We'll even show you the difference between what makes one animal a rodent and a similar animal not a rodent.A 90 minute hands on classes for ages 14+
All minors age 14-17 must have a paid adult with them.

Animal Adventures Kids Zoo Summer Camp in Hubbardston, MA
Animal Adventures day camps are an exciting way to spend summer vacation! All Animal Adventures programs are developed in accordance with Massachusetts educational standards and curriculum for pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.
Campers are introduced to all of the animals at Animal Adventures Hubbardston, and will work with them in a hands on capacity every day. This is the most immersive camp we offer where your camper will train to be a real life zookeeper.
Camp is Monday thru Friday 9am to 12pm | $300 full Week | $70 Per Single Day

The campers will learn what it takes to work with animals and have a unique hands-on experience. Campers will learn about all the animals from crocs to lemurs, check out some of our topics below!
Each camp day includes a snack break, fun games, fun crafts, and most importantly FREE HOLD sessions!
Each week, campers also get a picture of themselves with a safe animal of their choosing.
A Deposit is $100 of the total and is non-refundable at anytime. If you pay the entire balance in full at the time of booking you may be eligible for a refund minus the deposit up to the week of your camp.

Mondays
We open the week with a hands on and interactive tour of the facility. Questions and Answer time, and the first opportunities to hold, interact with and meet the animals. Plus fun games and of course snack time!
Tuesdays
Animal Focus: Small mammals and tortoises! We will focus on Husbandry, enrichment, and zoology. Campers will get down and dirty with the aniamls learning what it takes to care for them and be a zookeeper.
Wednesdays
Animal Focus: Reptiles! We will be snake wranglin’ and learning how to handle and catch snakes of all sizes. We will go over proper catch, release and holding techniques, reptile husbandry, and other scaley friends too.
Wednesday is also Picture Day! Get a free photo with your favorite animal.
Thursdays
Animal Focus: Larger/Extreme Exotics. Campers will meet and greet with some large herbivores and smaller carnivores. Some animals may include: Kangaroo, Owls, Foxes, Capybara, and more!
Fridays
To wrap up the week, your camper will do some arts and crafts, decorating their photo frame! Present their favorite animal to their parents in a short presentation. Recap what they’ve learned this week and we end it all with some Alligator catching!
All camp days include a snack and free time to hold animals and play fun games(including water games)

Too old for camp but not ready to move on? Want to start your animal career early? Apply now to be a Counselor in Training. Open to kids ages 13-16 and have completed at least one week of camp in the past.
